C\u00edlem t\u00e9to \u00fapravy je zv\u00fd\u0161it flexibilitu pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00edch vztah\u016f, reagovat na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby trhu pr\u00e1ce a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zohlednit z\u00e1jmy zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edme v\u00e1m p\u0159ehled kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch zm\u011bn, kter\u00e9 by nem\u011bly uniknout va\u0161\u00ed pozornosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Del\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doba<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 nov\u011b z\u00edskaj\u00ed mo\u017enost prodlou\u017eit zku\u0161ebn\u00ed dobu. U b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se prodlou\u017e\u00ed ze t\u0159\u00ed na \u010dty\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce, u vedouc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f pak ze \u0161esti na osm. Nad\u00e1le v\u0161ak plat\u00ed, \u017ee zku\u0161ebn\u00ed dobu je mo\u017en\u00e9 prodlou\u017eit jen tehdy, pokud s t\u00edm zam\u011bstnanec souhlas\u00ed a nedojde k p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho limitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zm\u011bna pravidel v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dosud za\u010d\u00ednala v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fta b\u011b\u017eet a\u017e od prvn\u00edho dne n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho m\u011bs\u00edce po doru\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdi. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hrub\u00e9ho poru\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edch povinnost\u00ed bude nav\u00edc mo\u017en\u00e9 zkr\u00e1tit v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed dobu na jeden m\u011bs\u00edc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ce pro mladistv\u00e9 u\u017e od 14 let<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Novela zav\u00e1d\u00ed mo\u017enost zam\u011bstn\u00e1vat osoby od 14 let b\u011bhem \u0161koln\u00edch pr\u00e1zdnin, a to na lehk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e9 neohro\u017euj\u00ed jejich zdrav\u00ed, v\u00fdvoj ani \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zku. Tento krok m\u00e1 umo\u017enit mlad\u00fdm lidem z\u00edskat pracovn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti ji\u017e v ran\u00e9m v\u011bku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m podpory v nezam\u011bstnanosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bny \u010dekaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 oblast podpory v nezam\u011bstnanosti. Podpora bude odstup\u0148ovan\u00e1 \u2013 b\u011bhem prvn\u00edch dvou m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f dos\u00e1hne a\u017e 80 % pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho \u010dist\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku, ale v z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 f\u00e1zi podp\u016fr\u010d\u00ed doby klesne na 40 %. K op\u011btovn\u00e9mu n\u00e1roku na podporu bude nav\u00edc t\u0159eba m\u00edt odpracovan\u00fdch a poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch minim\u00e1ln\u011b dev\u011bt m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f za posledn\u00ed dva roky (dosud sta\u010dilo \u0161est).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1va rodi\u010d\u016f a pr\u00e1ce na rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flexinovela posiluje i ochranu rodi\u010d\u016f. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 nov\u011b mus\u00ed zachovat p\u016fvodn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto rodi\u010di na rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 a\u017e do dvou let v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte. Rovn\u011b\u017e bude umo\u017en\u011bno, aby rodi\u010de b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 pracovali pro stejn\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnavatele na DPP \u010di DP\u010c \u2013 bez nutnosti se vzd\u00e1vat rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdplata mzdy v ciz\u00ed m\u011bn\u011b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednou z praktick\u00fdch novinek je i mo\u017enost vypl\u00e1cet mzdu v ciz\u00ed m\u011bn\u011b. Doporu\u010dujeme v\u010das se sezn\u00e1mit s nov\u00fdmi pravidly a upravit intern\u00ed procesy tak, aby odpov\u00eddaly nov\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm.
